Information & purpose
We process names, phone numbers, email, car details and messages to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments and provide services. Company details and financial records support invoicing and bookkeeping.
Legal basis
Processing supports contracts and pre-contract steps, legal bookkeeping obligations and our legitimate interest in secure operations. Optional storage follows your choices.
Providers
We use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for data, login and images, and an email provider for service messages. When AI is enabled, OpenAI processes chat messages. When you load Google Maps, Google receives connection data, including your IP address. Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under applicable transfer arrangements.
Retention
Booking and customer records are kept as needed for service and documentation. Outdated enquiries are reviewed and removed. Accounting records are retained as legally required. When you accept starting the AI chat and send a message, your question and the reply are saved as an enquiry and sent to the shop’s email. Avoid sensitive information.
Your rights
Contact us about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.
